In just 18 weeks, we transformed an unusable sloping backyard into a beautiful 80sqm Granny Flat with a 19sqm entertaining deck - completed just in time for Christmas and ready for the newlyweds to move in just weeks after their wedding.
What was once a challenging sloping block that offered no usable outdoor space is now a stylish two bedroom retreat with a dedicated media room. The custom design maximises every metre, featuring an entertainer's kitchen with stunning WK Stone Calacutta benchtops and sleek black fixtures throughout.
But it's the outdoor entertaining deck that really steals the show. Perfectly positioned to capture those famous Gold Coast sunsets, it's become the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or host friends and family on the weekends.
